Sponsorship & Exhibit Opportunities
The 23rd NYSCCC annual conference, Family!, May 11-12, 2012 in Albany, NY provides a unique opportunity for your organization to showcase its products, and services with the hundreds of foster care and adoption professionals, families and advocates who attend our conference every year. This year we are offering a variety of ways and price points for your organization to advertise and celebrate your support and services for NYS foster and adoptive families, while receiving statewide recognition for your contribution and commitment to ensuring a permanent loving family for every child.
All conference supporters and exhibitors will be recognized in on-site signage, announcements, and the conference program distributed to every attendee. Sponsors will be highlighted in our NYSCCC E-mail updates, with thousands of subscribers, and in the conference section of our widely acclaimed website. Advertising and sponsorship opportunities at NYSCCC’s 23rd annual conference include:
1. Host a 2012 Conference Exhibit Booth: Reserve your exhibit space today for as little as $50.00 for NYSCCC member organizations! Visit Exhibitor Information for more information and online registration. All exhibitors will receive recognition in the 2012 conference program and on the NYSCCC website.
2. Purchase a Conference Program Ad: Prices range from $125 to $300 for a prominent ad in the conference program distributed to every conference attendee and posted on the NYSCCC website. Too Late – Try Again Next Year
3. Become a 2012 Conference Sponsor: Sponsorships are available to fit any pocket book. Co-sponsorships are permitted and we will gladly consider other types of sponsorship. - Friday Evening Reception Sponsor – Host our premiere conference event – $1,000 – Too Late – Taken by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
- Hospitality Dessert Party – Host our Friday evening hospitality event after the Friday night book club- $500 – Too Late – Taken by The Law Practice of John M. Zenir
- Conference Pens and Giveaways - $250
- Conference Scholarships – Sponsor a foster/adoptive parent’s conference registration for only $165, or include lodging for a total of $275.00. Two Sponsors to Date: Alan Bentz-Letts and the NYS Developmental Disability Planning Council
